So, on September 10, 2018, the deadline for the transition period for the functioning of the centralized model of the implementation of the revenue part of the budget, during which the old accounts will remain active, expires.

This means that as early as September 11, the funds that taxpayers will pay for the old accounts will not be counted and will be returned as unclear revenues. In this case, it may have negative consequences for passing the limitation period.

Please note that the district administrative court of the ARC and the district administrative court of the city of Sevastopol do not administer justice. Instead, the Kyiv District Administrative Court and the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, respectively, are reviewing their cases.
