On October 3, the government passed an order "On amending paragraph 4 of the Procedure for confirmation of the existing employment record for appointment of pensions in the absence of a work book or corresponding records in it."

According to the document, individual entrepreneurs work experience will be included in the calculation of pension during periods of their business activity on the simplified taxation system, including a fixed tax:

- from January 1, 1998 to December 31, 2003 - on the basis of the certificate of registration of a person as an entrepreneur;

- from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2017 at a person's request on the basis of paying a single social contribution tax regardless of the amount of funds paid .

It should be noted,  the mechanism of enrollment of work experience of the individual enterpreuners till 2003 was not legally regulated before. Only since 2004, the individual enterpreuners could, at their own discretion, include the period of their activities, on the basis of which the pension is calculated.
