Copies of court decisions will be sent in three state registries

The procedure of information interaction between the State Register of Real Property Rights and Real Estate, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals - Entrepreneurs and Public Associations and the Unified State Registry of Court Decisions is determined. According to him, electronic copies of court decisions will be transferred to all three registries.

The relevant procedure is established by the order of the Ministry of Justice of January 29, 2019 № 270/5/94.

Such information exchange will be carried out free of charge and automatically (by using the means of technical and cryptographic protection of information in compliance with the requirements of the Law "On Information Protection in Information and Telecommunication Systems").

The technical administrator of the State Registries (state enterprise in the Ministry of Justice) and the Information Sources System (subsidiary in the area of ​​SJA management) will provide such an exchange.

It is foreseen that the type and structure of the electronic data to be transmitted and received, the procedures for interacting information systems and their changes, the criteria for the selection of data, the form of the logs of requests and responses and other necessary requisites for interaction will be determined by the technical administrator of the State Registries and the State Enterprise " ISS "by joint decisions, drawn up by separate protocols.

It should be noted that all the electronic copies of court decisions, which became legally binding and meet the criteria specified in separate protocols, together with the information, which according to Part 1 of Art. 7 of the Law "On access to court decisions" are not subject to disclosure in texts of court decisions.

Recall, the information not subject to disclosure in the texts of court decisions are:

- place of residence or stay of natural persons with indication of address, telephone numbers or other means of communication, e-mail addresses, registration numbers of the payer's tax card, details of identity documents, unique entries in the Single State Demographic Register;

- registration numbers of vehicles;

- numbers of bank accounts and payment cards;

- information for the protection of which the consideration of a case or the commission of certain procedural actions took place in a closed court session;

- and other information that makes it possible to identify an individual.

To protect the personal data of an individual who is transmitted and received in the form of information interaction, organizational and technical measures for the protection of confidential information will be implemented.

This order enters into force from the day following the day of its official publication. As of today, the order has not come into force.
