You would have to pay more when selling real estate

On March 11, two authorized property valuation sites (ОЦІНКА.online and ПРОФЕСІЙНА ОЦІНКА) announced an increase in the cost of services, on average, by 40%.

So, when evaluating property worth more than 300 thousand UAH. informational services of these sites will cost up to 1860 UAH.

Accordingly, when assessing the property up to 30 thousand UAH - the cost will be from 984 to 1 754 UAH.

from 30 to 300 thousand - 1704 UAH or 1754 UAH.

We remind that appraisers were obliged to use intermediary programs in accordance with the change in Art. 1772 of the Tax Code, introduced in December 2016.

Among the four sites accredited in Ukraine are - «Оцінка.online» (managed by «Ві Ай Пі Department»), «ПРОФЕСІЙНА ОЦІНКА» («On Procurement»), «РЕЄСТР ОЦІНКИ» («Information and Consulting Center of ASBOU») and «ЕКСПРЕС ОЦІНКА» ("Accept online"). These sites are intermediaries between consumers and the State Property Fund, which collects a single base of assessments.

Here is a summary of these 4 authorized sites in Ukraine for property valuation in 2019.

So now, appraisers will increase the cost of services, because of the price of services of sites and taxes paid by them.

Lastly, so noticeably (almost 2.7 times) the price for site services increased in late December 2018.

At the same time, the AMCU criticized the increase of prices for services sites. In addition, two bills - 10015 and 10015-1 - have already been registered in the Verkhovna Rada, which foresees the liquidation of sites for evaluation as unnecessary intermediaries. This should ensure direct payment to the state budget for registration of information in a single database.
