If before each customs had its own account for entering customs payments and it was necessary to transfer funds to separate accounts - from now on enterprises will be able to transfer funds of advance payments to one SPS account, to submit customs declarations to any customs and to pay customs payments from a single advance account.

In this case, all means of the entrepreneur will be counted in a single card - the personal account of the subject of foreign economic activity.

In order to ensure the activity of a single customs account a new module of the automated system of customs clearance "Inspector" was created. The control over the operation of a single account is assigned to a separate division of the SFS.

We remind that the decision to introduce a single account for the entry of customs payments was adopted in 2017 and approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of November 1, 2017, No. 898.

On January 23, 2019, a single account for the entry of customs duties began its work in pilot mode. By February 17, in this mode, he worked only for Kyiv city and regional customs, and since February 18, his testing began at all customs offices in Ukraine. Since March 16, the transitional period of the operation of a single customs account has been in effect - when it was possible to pay customs payments on both the old and the new bills. And since April 16 th - it became a duty for all enterprises.
