This is a simple formality, but for people it is an extra time and running to notaries, an additional procedure, and equally important, money that can be spent on something more necessary for future housing. Therefore, we propose to optimize the process of designing the sports port for citizens and cancel this procedure ", - he said.

The relevant changes are planned to be made to the order of the Ministry of Regional Development No. 103 dated May 5, 2011 "On Approval of the Procedure for Issuing a Building Passport for Land Development".
