"When legal entities-LLC take on the model charter as a basis, they do not need to go anywhere and contact anyone, but only save their time, money and easier to do business, but it's just the beginning," -  the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman said.

For the appropriate registration of LLC, it is necessary to take the following steps:

• Sign in to your personal online office at the Justice Department using an electronic signature.
• Fill in the questionnaire that will automatically generate the statement of the statute and the decision of the meeting according to the chosen preferences.
• Sign the generated documents with an electronic signature and submit an application.

As we noted earlier, a new online service will allow :

• to register online LLC with the possibility of creating the required editorial revision of the model statute by selecting the appropriate items or using the editorial by default;
• to simultaneously apply for the simplified taxation system;
• to simultaneously register as a payer of value added tax;
• for current LLC, that are working on the basis of their own editions of constituent documents, - to go to work on the basis of a new model statute.

The e-service is implemented in the form of a step-by-step questionnaire with detailed tips and does not require scanning of documents, since for registration they are created automatically on the portal and must be certified by electronic signatures of all founders. Thus, registering a limited liability company based on the model statute can now be online in a few minutes and without complicated bureaucratic procedures.

In his turn, the Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko noted that by the end of the year 50 additional services will be included in the active phase, in particular, regarding registration of charitable foundations, improvement of the system for reporting information on real estate, etc.
