In particular, the list of documents, which should be submitted for state registration of ownership rights to the unfinished construction object subject to privatization, includes:

- a copy of the order of the  State Property Fund of Ukraine to include the unfinished construction object in the list of state-owned objects subject to privatization;

- a copy of the order of the state privatization body on the decision to privatize such an object;

- technical passport for the object of unfinished construction.

That is, the list excludes a document certifying the real property right to a land plot under such an object.

In addition, it has been established that information from the State Register of Real Property Rights to real estate may include not only information about registered real rights, encumbrances of property rights, objects and subjects of such rights / encumbrances, but also persons who received information from State register of rights and obligations of the subjects that are participants of the specified procedure.

Information from the Register will be provided exclusively through its software maintained in paper or electronic form, which has the same legal validity and contains a mandatory reference to the State Register of Rights. Information about users of the information will be provided exclusively in paper form the Register.

In paper form, information will be provided on sheets of A4 paper without the use of special forms, placing a signature by the information provider from the State Register of Rights and / or the seal.

In electronic form, information will be provided automatically by the registry software through the web portal of the Ministry of Justice, including using the service in the form of the application software interface of the Register.

It is also foreseen that you may search for information about registered property rights by one or more of the following identifiers:

regarding the object of real estate:

- registration number of the real estate object;

- cadastral number of the land plot;

- the address of the real estate object;

regarding the subject of substantive law, encumbrance - an individual:

- Name;

- the record number in the Uniform State Demographic Register;

- number and, if available, a series of document certifying such person;

- registration number of taxpayer's account;

regarding the subject of property rights, encumbrances - a legal entity:

- full name of the legal entity;

- identification code in accordance with еру National State Registry of Ukrainian Enterprises and Organizations.

For the provision of information from the State Register of Rights, an administrative fee is charged (in cases provided for by law).
