You can receive this certificate within 5 minutes on behalf of the legal entity. The service is provided for web portal users who have entered the Pension Fund of Ukraine portal using an electronic digital signature of the seal.

To get started, you must log in to the PFU portal.

Then go to the left side menu and in the section "Communications with the Pension Fund of Ukraine" select "Request for electronic documents".

The New Request for Documents order form will be opened. In the first box, select the type of Job and Insurance Certificate from the drop-down menu. Then, fill out all the required fields, including entering your digital signature and password, and agreeing to the transfer and processing of your personal information. Then click on "Submit to PFC".

You can view the status of your appeal in the "Appeal" section, also in the left side menu. If the request is fulfilled, the status of the hit status will immediately be displayed.

As a result of the processing of the application, an image of the document will be sent in the form of a pdf-certificate and an electronic document signed by the EDF of PFU, which, according to the current legislation, is an analog of a paper document signed by a responsible person in the PFU body.

Also, we remind you that one of the types of financial support from the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine is temporary disability assistance.

Depending on the length of service, the amount of assistance is:

• 50% of the average salary (income) - to insured persons who have an insurance period of up to 3 years;
• 60% of the average salary (income) - insurance experience from 3 to 5 years;
• 70% of average salary (income) - insurance experience from 5 to 8 years;
• 100% of the average salary (income) - insurance experience over 8 years;
• 100% of average salary (income) - to insured persons who have benefits under the law, including the victims of the Revolution Dignity Revolution, which has come from 25.07.2018.
