However, please note that the acceptance and registration of procedural documents sent by e-mail with the domain name "@ mail.gov.ua" or from any other domain names is not exercised by the courts.
Thus, in accordance with the requirements of section XI of the Regulation on the automated system of court documents circulation, the acceptance and registration of the procedural documents sent to the court by the participants of the trial must be made from the official electronic addresses (E-cabinets), which they must create in the E-court: provided pre-registration of the official e-mail address (Electronic Cabinet) and with the obligatory use of such person's own electronic digital signature (EDS).
This condition - identification by electronic signature of the applicant as a party to the case or his representative (lawyer) - is a prerequisite for the implementation of the provisions of Art. 43 of the CPC, Art. 44 CAS and prevention of acquaintance with the case files of persons who are not actually parties to the proceedings.
