According to the Supreme Court, this service will save a lot of time and money, because it will simplify the exchange of procedural documents between the parties to the case and allow you to track their movement online, which is especially important in quarantine restrictions.

In addition, the CCC of the Supreme Court currently has an EasyCon video conferencing system, which allows court hearings to be held with the participation of representatives of the parties outside the court building using their own technical means.

The decision to join the subsystems of the Supreme Court of Ukraine was made by the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in response to a letter from the Commercial Court of Cassation of the Supreme Court wishing to join the subsystem.

To this end, appropriate amendments were made to the SJA of Ukraine Order 7 247, which put into trial operation the subsystem "Electronic Court" and "Electronic Cabinet" in all local courts of appeal of Ukraine (except the Kyiv Court of Appeal) and the Administrative Court of Cassation of the Supreme Court .

In order to connect the Commercial Court of Cassation as a part of the Supreme Court to the specified subsystem to the State Enterprise "Center of Judicial Services" as the administrator of the open environment of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System, and to the State Enterprise "Information Judicial Systems" as the administrator of the closed environment of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System , the relevant order of the SJA of Ukraine was issued.
