The relevant order of the Ministry of Justice № 1846/5 "On measures for additional identification of state registrars during registration actions in the State Register of Real Property Rights" (entered into force on June 29, 2020.

The Department of Notary and State Registration, in pursuance of the relevant order of the Ministry of Justice, has developed a Schedule for connecting state registrars to the means of additional identification using a one-time password (link).

Therefore, in the period from July 6 to September 4, 2020, all state registrars and notaries must connect to the means of additional identification during the registration process in the State Register of Real Property Rights.

Such a step should completely prevent any unauthorized interference with the operation of this register.

The Ministry of Justice pointed out that in case of non-compliance by state registrars and notaries with this requirement of the order, their access to the register will be blocked and restored only after the connection of the means of additional identification.

We will add, execution of this Schedule on places will be provided by territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice together with regional branches of the technical administrator of the State register of the real rights to real estate.
