Yes, the changes provide:
✅ entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individuals - Entrepreneurs and Public Associations information on establishing / revoking the requirements of notarization of the participant's signature when making decisions on the activities of a legal entity and / or transaction, the subject of which is its share in the statutory ( composed) capital (unit fund) of a legal entity, namely:
➡ information about the following participant: surname, name, patronymic (if any), date of birth, country of citizenship, place of residence, registration number of the taxpayer's account card (if available), series and passport number, if the participant is an individual; name, country of residence, location and identification code, if the participant is a legal entity;
➡ requirements for notarization of the signature and / or notarization of the transaction.
✅ expanding the list of applicants who have the right to submit documents for state registration, namely:
➡ participant of a legal entity of private law (except for a joint stock company) - in case of submission of documents for state registration of changes to the information on a legal entity contained in the Unified State Register, regarding the requirement of notarization of such participant's signature during decision-making. of the relevant legal entity and / or the requirement of notarization of the transaction, the subject of which is the share of such participant in the authorized (composed) capital (share fund) of the relevant legal entity, or the abolition of such a requirement.
