The document was published in the official newspaper of the Verkhovna Rada "Voice of Ukraine".

The law supplements Article 4 of the Law "On Enforcement Proceedings" with a provision according to which an enforcement document may be issued in the form of an electronic document in accordance with the Laws "On Electronic Documents and Electronic Document Management", "On Electronic Trust Services".

Within two weeks, the Cabinet of Ministers must bring its regulations in line with the changes.

For reference, the law on the introduction of the electronic form of the executive document (№ 797-IX) was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada  on July 15 and was signed by President Zelensky on July 27.
