Employees may obtain the right to privacy
When conducting, changing and terminating an employment contract, employees will be guaranteed the right to privacy in respect of their personal and family life. Corresponding amendments to the Labor Code were proposed on September 18, 2018 by the draft Law No. 9093 on strengthening the guarantees of employee rights protection.
Application forms for state registration of legal entities are updated
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine updated the forms of applications for state registration, in accordance with the order No. 2824/5 of August 29, 2018 "On Amendments to Certain Application Forms in the Field of State Registration of Legal Entities, Individuals - Entrepreneurs and Public Associations".
