In this regard, the Transfers draft Decree 2019 provides for two more working Saturdays: Saturday 21 December (for Monday 30 December) and Saturday 28 December (for Tuesday 31 December).
The Cabinet of Ministers should make recommendations on the postponement of working days in the following year, at least three months before the transfer (Part 4 of Article 67 of the Labor Code).
