Corresponding changes to the Order are aimed simplifying and accelerating the procedure for "building amnesty".

Thus, from the annexes to the Order No. 158, approved by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine dated July 3, 2018, No. 158, information on the compliance of the location of the construction object with the requirements of state building codes is currently excluded. It should be noted that this mark from the local city planning and architecture authority was mandatory before.

It also provides for the submission of an application for the acceptance into operation of a self-built object and all necessary documents through an electronic system for the implementation of declarative and permitting procedures in construction. True, technical issues are still under development regarding the possibility of filing relevant documents.

In addition, changes have improved the forms of relevant documents.
