The relevant resolution No. 496 was adopted at a government meeting on June 12, 2019.
As early as July 12 this year, for the preparation for the state registration of copyright, physical persons will have to pay 15 non-taxable minimum income of citizens (255 UAH), legal entities - 30 non-taxable minimum income of citizens (510 UAH).
For preparation for the state registration of contracts concerning the rights of the author to the work, physical persons must pay 30 non-taxable minimum income of citizens (510 UAH), and for legal persons - 60 non-taxable minimum income of citizens (1020 UAH).
For the issuance of a duplicate of the certificate individuals will pay 7 non-taxable minimum income of citizens (119 UAH.), legal entities - 15 non-taxable minimum income of citizens (255 UAH).
In addition, the requirements for the document on payment of the fee are specified. It should be a copy of the settlement document on a paper carrier with the mark of the banking institution (payment order, cash receipt, receipt, etc.), where the payer is indicated, the type and amount of the fee paid, the surname, name, patronymic of the author and the name of the work (short title of the work )
The payer has the right to pay several fees by drawing up one settlement document. At the same time, a request for the object of intellectual property, a request, a denial, etc., is added to the list of paid fees, indicating the codes of fees, application numbers (patents, certificates) and the amount of the fee paid separately for each collection.
It should be noted that the resolution takes effect 30 days from the day of its publication, except for the provision on the disclosure of information on the volume of received and used funds received on the accounts of the institutions as a fee: it will come into force 2 months after the resolution came into force.
