The work of lawyers after the quarantine: The Ministry of Health published its requirements

The Ministry of Health has issued Order № 31 of the Chief Sanitary Physician "On holding a public discussion of some requirements for anti-epidemic measures to reduce quarantine."

The document contains temporary requirements for the organization of customer service institutions such as beauty salons and hairdressers, facilities for individual consumer services, trade in non-food products, catering establishments, as well as the provision of services by notaries, lawyers and auditors.

We remind that the government has officially allowed the work of lawyers, notaries and auditors since May 11.

So what are the requirements for the organization of anti-epidemic measures in the provision of services by lawyers, notaries, auditors specified by the Ministry of Health? They are as follows:

  • conducting thermometry of all employees before the start of the working day. If the temperature is higher than 37.2 degrees - such an employee must not be allowed to work, as well as people with signs of respiratory diseases;
  • reception of clients is carried out exclusively by appointment with a time interval of at least 15 minutes between visitors to exclude contact between them;
  • waiting for the queue should take place outside the premises with respect to the social distance (1.5 m);
  • the door of the room must be closed for entry without recording. At the door should be able to notify the arrival of the visitor (call, intercom) and posted information about the methods of recording;
  • the presence of strangers in the room is prohibited (except for one of the parents accompanying one of the children or people accompanying persons with disabilities);
  • at the entrance to the room you need to equip a place for treatment of hands with antiseptics;
  • admission of visitors to the room is allowed only in personal protective equipment (respirator, mask);
  • service workers as well as staff must use masks or respirators (without valve) as well as disposable gloves;
  • after each visitor disinfection and cleaning of the surfaces touched by clients is carried out;
  • the business entity must provide employees with a 5-day supply of personal protective equipment and disinfectants, inform customers about the new rules, apply markings to determine the distance between customers;
  • workers must wash their hands and treat them with antiseptic at least once every 3 hours, after customer service, cleaning, etc .;
  • temporarily remove from work employees of the risk group (over 60 years of age and / or with chronic diseases that suppress immunity).
