According to the Judiciary of Ukraine, a new functional was put into operation on the portal.

Therefore, from now on, as established by Art. 122 of the Commercial Procedural Code of Ukraine, Art. 128 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine and Art. 130 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine, the defendant, a third party, a witness, registered residence (stay), location or place of work of which is unknown, as well as an interested person in cases of issuing a restraining order are summoned to court through an announcement on the official web portal ".

Such notice must be placed no later than 10 days, and in the case of a case on the issuance of a restraining order - no later than 24 hours before the date of the relevant court hearing.

With the publication of the notice of summons, the person shall be deemed to have been notified of the date, time and place of the hearing.
