In addition, the Ministry of Justice amended the Instruction on Registration of Materials on Administrative Offenses.
It is stipulated that in case of detection of relevant violations regarding non-submission (late submission) of the provided information on the ultimate beneficial owner of the legal entity or documents confirming the relevant information, as well as in case of receipt of such notification by the State Registrar, the Ministry of Justice or its territorial body the relevant legal entity or a person authorized to act on behalf of such legal entity (executive body), with a requirement to apply within 1 month the Ministry of Justice or the relevant regional body for the protocol on administrative offense, liability for which is provided ch. 6. 166-11 Code of administrative offences.
In case of violation of this deadline for application, the relevant information will be transmitted to the State Financial Monitoring Service.
