Such new application forms will become valid on June 1, 2020, as provided by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of May 19, 2020 №1716 / 5 "On updating application forms in the field of state registration of legal entities, individuals - entrepreneurs and public organizations", registered at the Ministry of Justice on May 20, 2020 under №454 / 34737.

At the same time, instead of the current 24 application forms from June 1, 2020, only nine will be used - they are grouped mainly by type of person in respect of whom registration is carried out.

For example, from now on, regardless of the actions to be taken, for example, in relation to a natural person-entrepreneur (registration of a natural person by an entrepreneur, inclusion of information about a natural person-entrepreneur in the register, change of information or termination), one approved application form is always submitted.

Pay attention to the basic rules of registration of applications submitted for state registration:

1) the application is filled in block letters;

2) if a certain page of the application is not filled in due to the lack of information contained on it, such a page is not signed by the applicant and is not submitted;

3) the application can be printed on both sides of the sheet;

4) when selecting certain fields in the application, a "V" sign or other similar sign shall be affixed, which will indicate the selection of a certain field;

5) information on the ultimate beneficial owner of the founder of the legal entity shall be filled in and further updated only if there is another legal entity among the founders / participants of the legal entity;

6) information on the ultimate beneficial owner of a legal entity or the founder of a legal entity during the state registration of changes or reorganization of a legal entity shall be filled in only when such information needs to be updated due to certain changes in information on such ultimate beneficial owners;

7) filling in more information than necessary is not prohibited and is not a reason to suspend consideration of documents (for example, for state registration of termination of a legal entity in addition to mandatory entry of information on the identification code the applicant may enter information on legal form and Similarly, in the case of state registration of termination of entrepreneurial activity by a natural person - entrepreneur).

According to the agency, information on the ultimate beneficial owner of a legal entity or the founder of a legal entity is submitted and subsequently updated by all legal entities, except for political parties, structural units of political parties, trade unions, their associations, trade union organizations and their trade unions. associations, creative unions, local branches of creative unions, employers' organizations, their associations, bar associations, chambers of commerce and industry, associations of co-owners of apartment buildings, religious organizations, government agencies, local governments, their associations, state and municipal enterprises, institutions, organizations.
