Electronic cabinet of a driver is launched
In Ukraine, the driver's Electronic Cabin has been launched: from now on, everyone can find out current information about their cars, a driver's license, and, moreover, to check and pay for administrative violations. This was announced by the State Agency for E-Governance of Ukraine.
The Great Chamber has determined a sufficient evidence to confirm the credentials of the attorney
An order issued in accordance with Law No. 5076-VI is an independent document confirming the authority of an attorney. Therefore, in the presence of a warrant, to provide a legal aid contract, its copy or extract together with the warrant is not required.
Such a conclusion was made by the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court in its ruling of December 5, 2018, in the case No. 9901/736/18 (proceedings No. 11-989, 18).
Changes in car registration operations
When registering gas cylinders and issuing a temporary registration card in connection with the transfer of the right to use / dispose of vehicles - mandatory expert review (for the purpose of verification of identification numbers with the numbers of their constituent parts) is not provided.
Such changes were introduced by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 14, 2018, No. №1013, which entered into force on December 8.
The State Fiscal Service is reorganized
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the revision of the resolution on the reorganization of the State Fiscal Service (SFS) - it will be divided into the State Tax and State Customs Service.
The online registration of SIM-cards became accessible to Ukrainians
Subscribers who use mobile communication in Ukraine can now register at the operator by submitting an electronic or written application. This rule applies to all subscribers, including those who use mobile services not under contract. The relevant decision of the NCCR of November 28, 2017 No. 607 came into force.
