According to Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk, “the concession is a super-progressive lease. In concession, we transfer important property (airports, hospitals, port infrastructure) that the state cannot manage effectively in order for the private investor to improve it and provide better quality services on its basis. Concession is one of our key strategies to increase efficiency and attract private investment in government port assets. We urge all private investors to participate in these competitions and take the opportunity to benefit from Ukraine's considerable potential for growth".

It should be reminded that the Law "On Concession" came into force in Ukraine on October 20. What it provides, you can read in our review.
