Tax officials in their informational list No 9, among other things, have mentioned about changes that took place in the simplified tax system since April 2, 2020, due to quarantine innovations.

It is known that a court decision becomes valid after the deadline for lodging an appeal by all parties to the case, if the appeal has not been filed (part 1 of Article 273 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine).

Having received many queries from taxpayers on quarantine innovations, taxpayers published Information sheet No 9 explaining whether the deadlines for filing and reviewing taxpayer complaints had changed in the procedure for appealing against decisions of regulatory bodies.

On April 1, 2020, the Ministry of Justice amended the Procedure for state registration of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and public entities that do not have legal personality. The relevant order No. 1307/5 was adopted in order to improve the state registration in electronic form.

This order amended the procedure for state registration of applications in electronic form. So now you can do it without leaving your home, which is especially important during the quarantine period.

The situation we have been seeing lately around the coronavirus pandemic has once again demonstrated how relevant and convenient public services are online. At the same time, if everyone had chosen before, whether to spend a few hours on bureaucratic procedures and queues, or to get a service online, now the quarantine does not provide with such opportunity.
