On March 30, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law (Draft No. 3275) “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts to Provide Additional Social and Economic Guarantees in Relation to the Disease of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-2019)”.
This Law will enter into force on the day of its publication.
Today, on March 31, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Circulation of Agricultural Lands". For the adoption of the bill in the second reading and as a whole, 259 MPs voted for the required minimum of 226 votes.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the bill 3275 at the meeting on March, 30. This is the second legislative package to support Ukrainians and their businesses in combating the spread of COVID-19.
The judicial system of Ukraine provides remote access to case files. Currently, in order to prevent the emergence and spread of acute respiratory diseases and the COVD-19 coronavirus, appropriate statements of familiarization with case files should be sent via e-mail (E-mail).
Considering the introduction of measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease in Ukraine, it is important to specify cases of force majeure in economic agreements.
