On February 27, 2020, Law of Ukraine No. 465-IX “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Improving Tax Administration, Eliminating Technical and Logical Mismatches in the Tax Legislation” came into force.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has registered the Government Draft Law No. 3071 “On Amendments to Article 139 of the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine”, developed on the initiative of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine changed the procedure for submitting information to the bodies of the State Tax Service. This is envisaged by Government Decree No. 61 of January 29, 2020, which came into force on February 8.
The Verkhovna Rada approved two bills on improving the administration of taxes and eliminating certain inconsistencies in tax legislation (No 1209-1 and No 1210).
The Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk has initiated the bill # 2478 "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine" On Legal Status of Foreigners and Stateless Persons "on the submission of biometric data by foreigners and stateless persons for the issue of visas". The document was registered in VR on November 21.
Since December 1, in accordance with the Law on the State Budget for 2019, new subsistence minimum per person is set at the level of 2027 UAH per month (now the figure is fixed at 936 UAH).
