The Verkhovna Rada registered a bill on strengthening the protection of workers' rights
On February 20, 2019, the Verkhovna Rada registered the Bill No. 10069 "On Amendments to the Labor Code of Ukraine on the Enhancement of the Protection of Employees' Rights in the Conclusion of an Employment Contract and Dismissal from Work".
Salaries of more than UAH 50 000 thousand can be paid in cash
Due to the introduction of new currency regulation from February 7 (more than 20 weakening in the foreign exchange market), the NBU has updated the Regulation on the conduct of cash transactions in the national currency in Ukraine.
Accordingly, since February 15, the restriction of cash settlements between business entities and individuals in the amount of more than 50 thousand UAH. does not apply to payments related to wages.
This means that from now on employers will be able to pay wages in excess of UAH 50 thousand in cash.
Applicants to the post of the state registrar will pass a test
From now on, persons who intend to work as state registrars in the executive bodies of village, town and city councils, district and district administrations in the cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol (except for the transfer to the corresponding positions of persons who, at the time of the transfer, performed the functions of the state registrar), as well under labor agreements with accredited subjects of state registration, are required to pass a test for the determination of professional competence.
This is stipulated by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 6, No. 78 on the dissemination of an experimental project on the organization of the determination of the professional competence of persons intending to perform the functions of the state registrar of rights to real estate and / or the state registrar of legal entities, natural persons-entrepreneurs and public formations, which came into force on February 14th.
The procedure for "building amnesty" is simplified
The Order of the Ministry of Regional Development of December 14, 2018, No. 342, which approved the Amendments to the Procedure for the Technical Inspection and the Adoption of the Use of Individual (Estate) Homes, Gardens, Cottage Buildings, Household (Sheds) Buildings and Structures of Agricultural Designation, that according to the class of consequences (responsibility) belong to the objects with minor consequences (СС1), built on the land plot for the appropriate purpose without a permit for construction work.
Tax reports for individuals have become available in the Electronic Cabinet
Individuals-taxpayers have received online access to established tax reporting decisions regarding amounts accrued from tax on immovable property taxes other than land, transport tax and land fees. Now they are available in the E-cabinet.
For the violation of the parking rules police will evacuate or block the car
The Ministry of Interior Affairs has updated the Instruction on Police Materials Registration for Administrative Violations in the Field of Road Traffic Safety, fixed not in automatic mode.
Appropriate changes were approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of December 20, 2018 № 1040, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 15, 2019, No. 43/33014. The document entered into force on February, 8, 2019.
