A law against "deputies' spam" was adopted

Today, on April 16, the Verkhovna Rada approved in whole the law "On Amendments to the VRU Regulation on Combating the Abuse of the Rights of People's Deputies of Ukraine during the Legislative Procedure" (Bill No. 1043).

Video conferencing is now possible in criminal cases

On April 13, at an extraordinary meeting, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on amendments to the CPC (Bill No. 3276), which set the specifics of criminal proceedings for the period of quarantine.

Individual enterpreuners: income limits are changed

On March 30, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law (Draft No. 3275) “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts to Provide Additional Social and Economic Guarantees in Relation to the Disease of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-2019)”.

This Law will enter into force on the day of its publication.

Law on the land market adopted: what are the main novelties?

Today, on March 31, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Circulation of Agricultural Lands". For the adoption of the bill in the second reading and as a whole, 259 MPs voted for the required minimum of 226 votes.

The law on inspections of market surveillance authorities was adopted

The Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Reducing Pressure on Business by Market Surveillance Authorities" (the bill № 2172) came into force on March, 26. It was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on December 12, 2019.
