Permit to develop a land management project may be abolished
The Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the State Committee for Civil Defense, together with the Ministry of Economic Development and the other interested bodies, should make proposals for shortening the terms and procedures for land registration. It is about the possibility of its free-of-charge privatization, transfer for use or sale from the lands of state or communal property.
Now the process of land registration takes from 9 months to 2 years, and 54 documents should be collected for the procedure.
For insulation of dwelling houses, permits are no longer required
The Cabinet of Ministers approved an updated list of construction works that do not require documents for their execution, and after which the object is not subject to acceptance into operation. The relevant draft resolution was developed by the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine and adopted at a Government meeting on December 18.
Changes in car registration operations
When registering gas cylinders and issuing a temporary registration card in connection with the transfer of the right to use / dispose of vehicles - mandatory expert review (for the purpose of verification of identification numbers with the numbers of their constituent parts) is not provided.
Such changes were introduced by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 14, 2018, No. №1013, which entered into force on December 8.
The State Fiscal Service is reorganized

The only agreed bill on the implementation of auctions in renewable energy in Ukraine (based on draft law No. 8449) prepared by the working group of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety, together with all interested parties, including with the participation of the State Department of Energy Efficiency, was approved at the meeting of the said Committee. Parliament is recommended to adopt it in the first reading.
